hi all i would like to know if anyone else is have the same problem with csc with reciept notice.

my i-130 was recieved on june 11 and notice sent but havent received any thing as of yet from them i know they had computer problems and it is fixed now i called them last week and was told they havent forgoten about me was there response but still havent recieved the noticed yet.i am wondering if lost in mail or WHAT

another thing i have been reading on this site is james short cut thats all i see what is it or what does it stand for

I just got the NOA-1 for the I-130 today from CSC. They received my package on July 12, so only 8 days.

Nebraska forwarded our paperwork to California. CSC received ours our I-129 on June 12th. I have not received NOA1 as yet. I called them and they assured me everything is okay with processing....But, he said that he could not answer any questions.....Hopefully, everything is okay. Many people around our timeframe have same problem....

yes csc had comupeter problem with printing receipting notices but got the problem fixed and were sending notices out i heard but like you havent seen any thing as of yet i also called them and they told me they havent forgotten about me but am still worried i got my receipt number from my canceled check to check status online but thats all and as far as i am i need receipt notice to be able to send in second round of paper work the I-129f and the longer it takes the longer it will take to get my beautiful wife to me. but thank you at least i am not alone i also filed in nebraska and forwarded to csc

I'm not sure the CSC has even worked it's way through the backlog yet. My husband filed for me back in April and, as yet, there is still no I130 NOA1 in his mailbox. As they said everything should be back to normal by the 20th, I'm asking him to phone them and find out if ours has actually been resent or not.

As a side note, the customer service line won't do anything about missing receipts until 30 days after it is mailed. Keep smiling, it will arrive eventually ;)

James' shortcuts are for IR-1/CR-1 aren't they? And later in the process, after US CIS and at NVC.

I never got my NOA1 or my NOA2 from CSC and we were aproved My 4.

I checked online at the US CIS to see if we got a NOA2. Not much you can do until you see an RFE or the NOA2. Calling delays things, I hear, unless it's already past due that is.

I had a similar problem, we never received NOA1 from CSC, my wife called a lot of times and every time there was a different reason. We actually received NOA2 and used that to file the i-129F...

hope you have better luck!

Hello there, We sent ours last May 21 and waited for a month before we contacted the office. They gave us the NOA1 and told us that the hard copy was sent by us to us already but we never receive any. Two weeks after, we called again to request another hard copy they said they have sent but then told us that we have to write a request for formality. It was totally depressing but we just have to do what they said and wait.... :blush:
