anyone from PI exp. big delay after NOA2

HI Guys,

Im starting to worry and confuse wers my papers now. :crying: Anyone from here experience after NOA2, USCIS forward your case or papers directly to the consulate without going tru NVC. My case was approved last June 20 of this year and until now NVC havent received our papers from the USCIS. I Tried phoned the USCIS asked regarding our papers why they havent send it to the NVC and they said our papers wont go in NVC anymore USCIS directly sent it to my embassy is that possible???? Am getting confused here with the processing of our papers anyone can give idea or help would appreciate

03/03/2008.....Issued I-512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the United States

06/11/2008.....Interview Schedule - Phoenix, AZ

06/14/2008.....Received Notice for the Approval of AOS Application

06/16/2008.....Received Green Card.

EVERYONE!!! It's a hard, long, and angonizing wait after the NOA2 (please read Section 4.2 and Section 4.3 of the Manila Embassy K1 Visa Guide). What you can do in the meantime is begin filling out the forms, acquire a few copies of your birth certificate, and obtain your passport (if you don't have one already).

base on our timeline?

our noa2 got approved aug 28, and the embassy got our physical case sept 25... so you're still on the run... dont worry too much. although i understand why coz ive been there :wacko: (wacky process). but i bet you'll hear from it soon :thumbs:
