1-I have Certificate Citizenship

2-Both fiancé and I  Passport pictures

3- Cover Letter

4- I279 form 

5- Statement with Intention to marry within 90 days

6- Proof of having met within the last two Years

7- Payment of money order of @$535

 

 

What other documentation is needed to send the application?

Looks like you have it all then. 
 

Kudos for having a certificate of citizenship; so many petitioners don’t in your situation and by the time it gets to I-485 interview, some cases get derailed. 
 

 Make sure to not send the original of your CoC or any other document.  
 

Make a contented copy of what you send to USCIS and bring to your fiancé the next time you meet.

As USCIS is constantly changing where to send forms, I will give you the fishing pole  instead of the the fish
