BPI Pesonet Reference Number

I already paid the necessary fee for the appointment (php 11400) but when i input the confirmation number it says that the there was no record found. I paid before 12nn so i was expecting it to be available by the end of the day but still no luck. i tried emailing to cgifederal but still no reply. i was wondering if anyone can help? I  paid thru BPI pesonet and i didnt print out a deposit slip.

If you paid on a weekend, the payment will only be processed on the next business day, per https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-niv-bancnetonlinepayment.asp
