At minimum, you need last year's Tax Transcripts but I would recommend you bring them from the last 1-3 years just to be sure. It is not necessary if you cannot obtain ones from the past few years but you definitely need 2021 returns. --Bring more evidence of meeting with each other such as photos, video call/chat logs, passport stamps, hotel receipts (if you have met again since the initial filing of the petition). Employer letter indicating how long the person has worked there, FT/PT status, salary, etc.

Bring bank statements if you will be using assets as proof of sponsoring, if using current job/income than employee letter, pay stubs, W-2 should suffice.

Both beneficiary and petitioner should write new letters of intent, sign and date them accordingly. Make sure these are all original and not photocopies and include wet signatures where applicable.

I am currently self employed (Uber driver) how can I make sure I qualify? My past tax return does not meet minimum requirement just this upcoming tax year 2022 I stated working on July

I don’t have a way of getting an employment letter I only have direct deposits

Direct deposits come from an employer

so,  who employs you?

who did u interview with?

Call HR

Letter of employment may be the only way to show 2022 projected income

OR

get a joint sponsor

BTW you say "take to your interiew? "  Are u the USC or bene ?

Bene doesn't need to show income

I am an Uber driver so there was no interview, my appointment is in February so I have time to file taxes and have sufficient income, I am just worry it won’t be enough or seen as irregular since I am self employed. I just want to take everything posible to qualify. I don’t have anyone that can co sign. I do have some saving that I plan to show anything else that might help ?

I would get a Joint Sponsor.  You are self-employed.  That means you prove income by last year's tax return Schedule C.

I don’t have anyone that can co sign unfortunately & I started working July this year so it would be on 2022 taxes. I’ll have 6 months of employment by the time of the interview
