Expected timeframe of PD getting current for F4

No earlier than the 2040s.   Likely longer.

Roughly 15+ years for priority to be current. Probably a good idea to familiarize yourself with the monthly visa bulletin below:

I've been waiting for 15 years and my PD is yet to be current.

 

Except the policies change, you may have to think of about 15 to 20 years for F4.
