In the letter you posted where it says "The following documents may be provided:" the last item in the list says "Other evidence that an immigration visa petition has been filed/approved on you behalf."

In your case, this evidence is the approval letter from the I-129F that your fiancee (now your wife) filed so that you could get your K1 visa.  A copy of the I-129F approval letter needs to be included with the I-485 application, and that will prove that you are eligible to file the I-485.

You do not need to file I-130, because you already filed I-129F and were approved.

I think this is the point of me being in this website so people that know or have better experience could help me and other that need help. And like I said any help would be appreciated. But it seems you are very agressive when you answer.

It's frustrating when you reject what you are being told - like that you're out of status.

People here know what they're talking about.  You seem skeptical, so I suggested that you start doing a bit of reading and research.

You may doubt this, but being out of status for an entire year is actually kind of a big deal.

I understand, but that doesn't change my opinion. I have seen divorces go south where the USC has the upper hand when it comes to immigration. I guess I also like to feel in charge of my own stuff, even when I trust my husband more than me. But I digress. Good luck!

In Moroc trust and honesty are important so really trust her to help u with this AOS and all it involves

if i were u,  i would ask my wife to join and ID herself here and let us help her with the process (she needs to read what crazy cat suggested first)

and then the VJ community can answer any questions she has
