I-693 Question

My fiancé had a medical last month in October in her country and had vaccinations (TDAP, MMR) and a chest x-ray.

 

Do I still need to file I-693?

As long as DS-3025 was properly completed and the box next to “K1 applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirements” is checked. You should include a copy of DS-3025 with your I-485 submission.

Vaccinations were done? Or the record of medical exam plus vaccinations will be sufficient for Adjustment of Status application package?

 

The medical exam and vaccinations were done  4 1/2 months ago.

@powerpuff already addressed your question above -- No need for I-693 if the DS-3025 worksheet is marked complete.  Submit a copy of the DS-3025 with the I-485.

If you submit AOS within 1 year of the overseas medical, it is valid.
