Hi there. Has anyone sent out DS160 and the checklist from packet 3 before physically receiving their police clearance back? We received our packet 3 instructions last Friday and I have the DS160 form completed, but I’m not getting my police clearance don’t until tomorrow (and I’m guessing the results will be received in about 2weeks). Can I just go ahead and email Montreal visa center in advance? Thank you.

Sorry for the confusion! This is for a K1 visa. Our packet 3 instructions said that we need to email Montreal Visa center a confirmation of DS160 application, a completed checklist to acknowledge that we have all the documents and the applicant's passport copy. I have everything on the checklist except for the police clearance, so I was wondering if I could just skip ahead and send in the email while waiting for the police clearance to come in. I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Hi, I have received my packet 3 already, I just want to ask if you send a scanned copy of all the documents in the check list or just the checklist with a check mark of the documents that you have? I'm kinda lost on whether to send all scanned required documents or just the checklist with the checkmark.
