When it was Tulsi Gabbard (female and racial minority) dismantling her, I don’t think the Democrats can even claim that (although they might try)

If I were Obama, I would ask Biden to resign from office.  Then, they get the first woman POTUS, and they have a few weeks to make her look like a real POTUS.  The problem is that any dem candidate will have to defend Biden's indefensible (imo) policies.

I am not sure they can possibly make Kamala look like a competent President no matter how much lipstick there is.

True.  I think that they will soon find out that Kamala is also going to lose big.....so they might just settle for the first woman POTUS.....then try to build a case over the next 4 years.  Obviously, they think someone other than Biden will help down ballot.

If anyone, I could see Mayor Pete, maybe Yellen, Levine, or even KJP.  The Democrats need to check as many boxes as possible and a middle aged white guy backing up an incompetent mixed race straight woman does not check enough boxes.

Hard to say.  There might be a few tokens, but I doubt it.  The Dems do not want a contentious convention, plus Kamala controls a lot of campaign funds.

Agree.  Makes sense to run her for optics.  The dems still have 4 weeks to see if she is viable.
