Well, there are reports that Biden is actually considering stepping aside.  How do they bypass kamala? 

 

NOTE:  When asked by a reporter during today's press briefing, KJP just strongly denied that Biden is considering stepping down..."Absolutely Not"!!!

Considering that KJP spoke, I'd say there is a very good chance.

One theory is that they offer her the next SCOTUS opening the next time they hold the presidency.  Not sure how well that promise would be reacted to after it's broadcast to the general public, which it would need to be.

It would never be broadcast.

 

Also, has anyone seen the rules for changing a candidate on the various state ballots at this point? I have heard there are several states that will not allow a switch this late in the game short of the death of the candidate (and even that might not be a reason), but have not found anything definitive yet.  If Old Corrupt Joe pulls out, but they cannot switch his name on a state ballot, I don’t think the electors automatically go to someone else (I.e. electors are based on candidate, not Party).

There are at least 3 swing states that I read about.  Will try to find which.

Regardless, the Dems will stop at nothing to break those laws in order to retain power.

Along those lines, I think I can safely say that if the dems ever get a blue POTUS, blue House, and blue Senate, they will pass a law expanding the SCOTUS...and they will pack it.

Word on the street is that Biden is still staying in the race.  Perhaps they have given up on this election since polls indicate that Trump could flip states which haven't voted red in decades.  Maybe it's time to lick their wounds and rebuild with some totally unknown "moderate" democrat.  There are certainly a lot of possible scenarios as to what is really going on behind the scenes.  

The civil war in the dem party is so much fun to watch.

Rumors mentioning this have now started.  This, imo, would be a good move for the country's security. It might also be the dems' last (and weak) desperate hope for the 2024 election.

It's glorious.  I read an article the other day in which Rob Reiner and Jane Fonda were in tears within 3 minutes at a debate watch-party.  Couldn't happen to two better Commies.
