Oh, brother...  primaries...

 

1.  "Queen Sheila" (Sheila Jackson Lee) wiped out her very credible opponent in her U.S. House race.

 

2.  The 2- or 3-term District Attorney for the county encompassing Houston, Kim Ogg, who was flawed but not that bad, was massacred by her former employee Sean Teare, who uncannily resembles Gov. Hair Gel of California and plastered the airwaves with ads funded by George Soros.  Teare's ads mentioned nothing about faithful adherence to law; rather, the emphasis was on "justice" and discretion/diversion/etc.  It's highly likely that he'll be another Soros disaster.  The question is whether the public (and Houston's new mayor) will abide it.

I heard that Nikki Haley will not endorse Trump.  If so, it is political suicide....she gone from politics.

A Trump criminal trial could run right up to and through the 2024 election

 

"This trial will not yield to the election cycle."  Those words of U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan last year made clear that she will not consider that Donald Trump will likely be the 2024 Republican presidential nominee in setting the schedule for his federal trial in Washington, D.C.

 

Most recently, in the federal prosecution in Florida, Special Counsel Jack Smith declared that he will not consider himself bound by the Justice Department's longstanding policy of not bringing charges or holding trials of candidates close to an election.

With the Supreme Court reviewing the immunity question (and a decision not expected until June), a nightmare scenario is unfolding in which Trump could be tried not just before the general election, but actually through November's election.  [...]

The next question is whom Trump will select as his VP..... I think Trump and Tulsi would be unstoppable.....I also think there is no democrat in sight who can beat Trump.  I just heard Tulsi say she would run on a Trump ticket.
