Hi just wanted to give everyone an update. I still haven’t had my I-824 approved since I applied Oct 2022. I sent an inquiry because a uscis rep said it was over due and it’s been 60 days since I sent it in and no reply. I heard that the Potomac center recently moved into another building. Could this be the hold up?

自 2023 年 5 月以来,我一直在波托马克,等待 I-824。我询问了在线聊天代理,他们告诉我,他们不知道波托马克甚至搬到了另一栋大楼。

You can check processing times here, says 16 months for Vermont - https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Thanks Appleblossom for your input. Are any people receiving 16 months or shorter 1 year say?

As it says, 80% of cases are processed in that time so yes, a lot will be less than the 16 months - but of course the remaining 20% will be more.

Good luck.
