:( awww.... i sent my aos application and it was rejected.... but all it said was that i didnt write out the correct amount for the fee. So they sent everything back... I was wondering do I need to recopy everthing and do everything for my aos application new or can i just resent the old ones that they sent back and make the correct payment??? and do I need to make out two checks; one for the application fee and the other is for the finger print ???

Just resubmit this packet with the correct fees. Good luck and you will be back on track soon. Not sure of the one or two checks? I am sure someone that has already done this process can answer the question for you.

For AOS we sent in one money order totally $395.00.

That is the fee for AOS and Fingerprinting.

EAD and AP are not included in that price.

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
