Hello guys need help here! I filed for my daughter she’s married via f3 category after waiting so long she has finally got an interview date, however she and her husband went to do medical today at the AMH in Kingston, she went through okay but not her husband they are saying they don’t see his name on the list they need to contact us embassy in Jamaica. They did make an appointment for the same day but different times also we got the interview letter via email and my son-in-law’s is on it as well so I don’t understand what’s the problem 
any one with this experience can explain what is really happening please.

Yes that what I realized just curious to know why his name wasn't on the list for medical. guess will just wait and see.

on the website it stated email is preferred no call

Usually it is up to the applicant to ensure that the “list” has everyone relevant when they make the appointment. You said there was an appointment made for your son in law -

As already pointed out no one would have seen an email yet given the 11/11 US federal holiday, but if you want a quick response, a phone call is always going to be a better option than email.
