We haven't travelled very far... only a few hundred miles. I'm looking forward to doing some proper road trips together (I want to see some more of this enormous country!), and also flying to the west coast together. My husband's scared of flying and I love it, so I'm hoping to get him as excited about it as I get... he did say (unprompted) the other day that we should fly to San Francisco or something, and that he would 'love' to do that with me... so maybe after a few transatlantic flights he's finally getting over The Fear.

Um, so I don't know whether to answer 'not yet' or 'other'... does a couple of hundred miles count? Probably not!

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

Travelled to Hawai'i twice, Vegas 3 times (one to get married!), back and forth from central PA to LA many times to see the in-laws, up and down the 101 more times than I can count, and once to Seattle for a week and drove from LA to Central PA (a nice 2500 mile drive).

I'm sure I'm forgetting some.

Why do you ask? ;)

We went to Chicago last October as tourists. Just a few weeks ago, we went to Washington, D.C. I had a work-related meeting and we stayed a few days more to look around. For a guy who never went anywhere, he sure does adapt well to travelling.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

Yes we have traveled, though not very far and only by car so far. I wish we could travel more often, I love it.

honeymoon-we went to St Augustine(FL) for a week, which is about 3 hours away from here, and stopped at the Kennedy Space Center and Orlando on the way home.

Went to Chattanooga, TN for a weekend

Went to northern Alabama for a weekend, and we are going there again on labor day weekend.

I can't wait to one day visit the western part of the US, which I haven't even seen yet, like the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, etc. Maybe in a couple years. And I have to take Sujeet to NYC some day too, I haven't been there since I was 11 and he was just in the airport at JFK.

Married since 9-18-04(All K1 visa & GC details in timeline.)

Then in one month we are flying out to Denver, Colorado to see Reggae on the Rocks, at Red Rocks.

Should be good

After that waiting on the invite from Charles of CharlesandNessa to go visit him, eat some Calamari, that kind of stuff.

We drove from Wisconsin to Vancouver, down to LA and back with a classic car on a trailer (don't ask :P )

Then took the motorcycles from Utah all the way back to Wisconsin (in March!), and we go south regularily to see my husband's parents in Missouri, always trying to go different routes.

I yet have to see the east coast, that's our next trip...

On our honeymoon, we drove up the coast to Arroyo Grande and Hearst Castle, then over half way across the state and up to Bishop. Last year we drove to Vegas and then to the Hoover Dam. Walked just over the border into Arizona :P In December, we went to Calgary and Vancouver for our niece's wedding and reception, so took the opportunity to drive down to Seattle from Vancouver. We are planning to go to Hawaii in September.

P lived in Boston for 6 years, so he's been there and he's been to Philly and San Fran (w/o me).

We've been all over Washington and to Victoria, BC. This summer we'll be going to Astoria, Oregon and possibly Ashland, OR for the Shakespeare Festival.

Once he moves here we'll do a trip to New Orleans to see my family and then hopefully travel as much as possible.
