I'm sure it's been stated somewhere on the forum but I HAVE searched and can't find the answer.

We have all the bits together and my signed G-325A and all the bits of evidence etc. are wing their way to the States as we speak but what's the best way to put everything together for sending. Don't want to send a big lump of papers.......

Any help or suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

Vanessa

Many people buy fancy folders and stuff, but the truth is that when they receive your stuff they discard whatever it came in and put in their own in-house file folder. I would recommend labeling everything and using paperclips or something of that nature and puttting it in a big yellow folder. You can get as fancy as you like, but it is not necessary. Good luck!

I think Bee and I just mailed everything in a big envelope clipped together with butterfly clips, and labeled with post-it flags.

Large Staple all your documents together....copy the ENTIRE thing before you send off. Make 2 or 3 copies!!!! Keep all origials. DO SEND any originals of your being together in one place (ticket stubs, visa stamps, passport, etc) only a copy is needed. Keep those for the interview

My advice is not fact....but you are best advised to listen and consult an attorney if you have doubts, questions, or concerns.

From the Visa Journey Assembly Tips: Avoid using heavy-duty staples; instead use ACCO fasteners or heavy clips.

I would avoid using staples at all. The case officer is going to take the packet you assembled and put it in whatever order they do internally. Using staples means they're going to have to de-staple your documents. Make your case officer's job easy and follow the guidelines.
