Travel Insurance

Hi there

I'm sure this hs been asked before but I was wondering if anyone could recommend a company for travel insurance to cover my outbound flight.

I will not be making a return trip back to the Uk for a long time, so I'm not looking fort cover for the entire round trip, is there a way to insure for the contents of my luggage up until I get to my husbands US address?, if that makes any sense at all!

I've always gotten all our trip insurance on insuremytrip.com.

You should be able to find insurance there that will suit your needs.

I had problems getting one way flight insurance from major companies, but ended up getting it from the

Post Office for 14.99 (why aren't there pound signs on US keyboards!!!!!)

Covered me 5 days after arrival too. It was arranged over the phone in 5 minutes as the girl behind the counter

was baffled by the one-way issue, and gave me the main telephone number to contact.

I think I will go with the post office as you suggested Chloe,

I've just purchased one of their (post office), travel money cards which seems to be a good way to take over a few $$$$ , will see how it works out in reality
