Newbie question

I see on most everyone's post/reply that there is a timeline list as to when things are sent/rec'd/touched. I just found a post that shows how to check for touches, but where is this listing below a reply or post generated from? I thought it would be in my profile, when when I tried to list it there, nothing happened..humm Any help would be appreciated, thanks

It is information we put in the signature. You can go to "My Assistant" then click on "Edit Forums Signature" and enter your information. It's an optional thing we do to help each other out.

Yep, besides that you can go to the timelines page and add your timeline, to be entered into the site's statistics page.

Thanks. I added it to the timeline section previously, but wanted to add info under replies/posts. However, I did check through the gov website & I don't see where mine's ever been "touched". They apparently sent it from Nev to Ca at some point and have no idea when that happened and then cashed the check on 6/18/07.

If you ever see a touch, you won't know what it means. It is quite common not to see any touches until the petition is approved. Then you see the email before you see the touch anyway. I wouldn't lose any sleep over touches.
