Interesting, what reason did you give?

Only said the truth, my mom's situation changed and she was experiencing increasing financial hardship. Thats it.

Did they request any proof?

Lurker here finally saying hello :)  Just want to mention this forum has been super informative through my AOS process!

Concurrent filing for I-465, I-130, I-765, I-131 - sent to Chicago lockbox (where my lawyer is located)

Filed on Nov 3

NOA on Nov 4

Biometrics scheduled for Dec 5

Status for I-465 & I-765 changed to Case is being actively reviewed after my bio appt

Status for I-765 changed to Card is being produced on Dec 6

So far it's moving along pretty smoothly. Hopefully it'll stay that way 🙏

I managed to get an online access code through the way someone posted earlier in this thread.

Biometrics appointment for early December! Bit of a wait but not much I can do.

Hey just wondering, I received my NOAs in the mail today, and requested the online access as mentioned on this forum, but do I still need to wait for my case to change to biometrics requested? I know it is being waived in some instances so just trying to figure out my next steps

Umm I think National Benefits Center? That's the only address/office I can find on my receipt notices

Ah I meant your local FO, what state are you in?

Once you receive your online access code (should be within 24 hours if you followed this link), you'll then be able to log in and see what the status is for each of your cases. Anything about your biometrics appointment being scheduled will be on there before it's sent via post!

How long from Card is being produced to receiving your EAD in the mail?
