Where are forms I-765 and I-131?

Tax return transcripts for the most recent year are required to be submitted with I-864.

Job offer letter won’t do. It is not proof he’s currently employed by that employer, it’s not a fact he actually took the job. He needs to ask letter of employment stating date he started, his current position and how much he makes a year.

The fee for i-485 is missing biometrics fee. Total should be $1,225

Have you read the guides here? That would have helped you catch most of these

Since i-765 and i-131 are optional we have decided not to file it.

For the tax transcripts since my income was below the required level for filing we will be attaching a letter stating that. I was not working in the USA then and income was very low when converted to USD.

I will ask for a letter from my employer.

Will add the biometric fee.

Anything else?

I think it’s a mistake that you’re not applying for EAD and AP. So if your AOS takes 2+ years, you’re okay with not traveling out of the country (for leisure as well as emergencies that might happen back home) or working?

Hmm will think about it since you put it that way. Thanks for that.

Forgot to mention we will also include G-1145.
