Just saw November 2nd DQ on Lawfully

@madhatter204 @Dewald & Brittney @Vickifree any update from you guys?

If my math is right this puts the process at 37 days to review (12/9 - 11/2) which would be a big improvement from last week's 42 days... 👍🤞

Thank you! 👏🏻👏🏻

Do you guys think they will keep up the pace over Christmas time?

I don’t think we will lose too much time for the holidays. They will only have 2 days off, and they seem to be getting along nicely now 🙏🙏. Good luck everyone

I scanned through this thread and compiled this table.  Also I was waiting to see NVC's new timeline this morning.  THEY ARE DOING GREAT.. doing review in 42 days.  They reviewed till 10/24/2022.  If the same pace is maintained.. here is what my estimate, we should start getting cheers as early as 12/13/22 Tuesday.

I love this chart, thank you for putting this together. I’ll be delighted if I do get DQ’d around the 9th of January 😊🙏

I got DQ'd about an hour ago. I received the email update that said I am DQ'd as previously referenced. I also received a notice that we do not meet the required income requirement which is odd because my wife is a teacher and makes more than the required amount, but I also understand this as we lived together in Thailand for a few years and due to this her 3 years of tax transcripts reflected her Thai salary, which is less than required.

Does this mean I still have to get a joint sponsor, or would it be ok to just explain that at the interview?

TIA

CONGRATULATIONS!!! From my understanding VisaJourney usually recommends either finding assets or a co-sponsor. A lot of times they also recommend just getting accurate information in regards to current pay. Such as a employment verification with stated salary of your wife or several months pay stubs. From my understanding proving that current income is enough should suffice at the interview. Now is the time for you to convince the Consulate.

Edit: I saw that you stated her Income is from Thailand... From my understanding they're looking for US based Income unless it will continue while in the US.

Thank you for the comment. What I meant was that the income on her 3 years tax transcripts is from Thailand when we lived together there. She has been living in the US for almost a year now and her income is in the US. I hope this clarifies it.

I had a very vivid dream last night that I got an RFE 😂 but nothing real yet! Maybe Monday.

I think they work some overtime on the weekends, so you could still get it before Monday. Hopefully DQ, not RFE :D
