We submitted Nov 11th - we just got the same email from NVC with no update on CEAC portal. Based on the recent messages in here though, it sounds like an rfe. Unfortunately we're not sure what else NVC wants us to upload at this point but I'll be back to update once we hear anything.

Yay!! We are next. I am hoping to hear back next week, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is delayed another week because of the holidays. Happy holidays and I am wishing everyone gets their DQ soon.

@Denglish Love , I think you will be next week for sure. They will only lose Monday to holiday next week and I saw a November 18th case get DQ’d on Lawfully yesterday.🤞🏻

Thanks! I was very pleasantly surprised to see we got DQ'd today. I had been looking on their website and it's still not updated. But maybe they will get to it later today or tomorrow.

No update in the NVC site.  Not sure they will do tomorrow.. if not then next monday also we cannot expect as it is a new year holiday.   AT LEAST ONE APPROVED TODAY.  Hope to see another 4 for the rest of the week

They finally updated my application page and they rejected my JS 1099 and ask it again...good news is that they accepted my civil docs. Everything else is excepted only 1099... I don't know what's wrong with the one what we sent...

I think we figured it out. 
Are we going back to line for additional doc as well?

If that is the only document it is rejected and asked again, and if all other docs are ACCEPTED, then submit it and you will go back to the line.  So you are looking at another 36 days,..  which is not bad as it was taking 2 months
