Deleted.

I filled out everything digitally except the signatures and the date. Then, signed and dated with a black pen. Lastly, scanned the entire document into a PDF file (and not just stitching of the signed page) .

Side note: if the document is over 2 MB the portal won’t even allow you to upload it, so I doubt your previous documents were over that size.

Good luck!

Hey all, looks like NVC has been busy. I wonder if you can add me to your chart as well - submitted Nov 11th.

We got an email Dec 19th but there was no update (message) in CEAC until today, Dec 28th. My husband is the sponsor and is working in Canada so he doesn't have a W-2 but they have requested this. I'm still looking around for advice on what to submit. He has T4s (Canadian W2 basically) obviously but not sure that will suffice. Any tips on this would be so appreciated. Good luck in everyone's journeys.

We ended up writing a letter of explanation along with both the IRS Transcript (originally we submitted the tax returns) and 2021 T4s. We submitted this yesterday, December 28th, so I'll update whenever we hear back. Hopefully this is sufficient but it sounds like we won't know until ~February 1st.

Just got asked for W2 which I uploaded. Does this push you back in the line?

I believe it does push you back in the line. I’m sorry, there have been lots of RFE’s this week. What was your original date of submission?

Hi Everyone!

We received the DQ email last night!!! I hope you all get through this part of the process soon 🤞🏼 good luck to everyone!!

Congratulations.  Wishing you all the best for the interview.  If we get anymore today, then it is a bonus for new year, if not certainly early next week.  We get it.

PLEASE CONFIRM - I believe it is two emails coming,  one as status change and another one in the subject line it says "Documentarily Qualified" and if you login to nvc, it says all ACCEPTED and DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED.

Thank you!! Wishing you all the best too!!

We actually received 3 emails; 1 with the status change and 2 (duplicated) with the DQ notice. The email said all documents have been checked and accepted. In the ceac page it says accepted next to all documents and we had 2 messages (duplicated) that said “Documentarily Qualified”

I submitted on 11/28 and I got only one email, they requested my W2 which I don’t have because I’m not working. My husband’s income is more than enough. I wonder why they asked that, in my form we put 0 for my income.

Sorry to hear about W2 requirement.  If you are living abroad, they should not be asking this.

We have four more to go.
