Update from NVC timeframes:

 

I was thinking that maybe after today's update, there will be an update on ceac in terms of documents status, but of course everything is still in 'Submitted'

Tracker recalculated based on the new date.. it is now 38 day backlog..  we hope to hear the next three or four DQs this week.

I got a status email this morning but nothing on the site.

Only one email? If yes, then it's an RFE, I'm afraid. I also got a status update email on Friday, still no changes on ceac and since people were getting two emails(status change and DQ'd), then it's 99% rfe for us, we just don't know what it's for

I’m very frustrated about all this situation. How long will it take to update our profile…

You go to the back of the line, so judging by the current case review time, 38 days.

Hey @Dil & Malar though I received an email from the NVC saying there was an update, it was inaccurate. 

I am still waiting for my DQ.

Yes I understand,  but seems like they reviewed your docs, unfortunately the email is not clarifying if it is DQ or RFE..   recently few others also got the same thing, there is another thread here they are talk about this.  You may have to file enquiry and followup on this

Received 2 emails today.  One said case updated.  2nd said DQ.  THANK GOD!!!

 

All required docs submitted 11-14-22.  I submitted docs 2 weeks after this under the “additional” section.

Oh wow, Congratulations 🎉- the 14th already!!, I’m so happy. I’m the 28th, hopefully in 2 weeks it will be my turn 😁

Thank you!! I hope yours is around the corner as well.  36 days for NVC…much better than the 500 days at USCIS.

Congrats!!! So happy for you. I recommend you make a timeline on VJ so others can benefit, especially since you say 500 days at USCIS.

@Simplytex, you should go ahead and write the senator for your state and ask them to contact NVC. When our cases changed the embassy from Moscow to Warsaw, it's like the clock got reset, the cases were stuck. Only after the senator reached out they actually looked at the case. We got an RFE, but it was still progress. 

So, just a few minutes ago I got an email saying I've been DQ, but still nothing on CEAC has updated. I'll wait for the end of the year and see if anything on the portal updates.
