HELP PLZ

It's been a week now that I'm trying to pay nvc fees.

I tried twice and everytime the tab shows IN PROCESS after I receive the paiement receipt...

BUT then after few DAYS, in process turn to PAY NOW.... AND NOT PAID!

What should I do? I've already sent an email and waiting for an answer. I feel like they are wasting my time.

I guess it's a problem on their side, since I and someone else also have this issue

I sent an inquiry yesterday about that, but hopefully I won't have to wait a month for their response and it will be resolved sooner

I submitted the payment two weeks ago and it’s the same thing happening to me I sent an inquiry and I’m waiting for them to respond me.

it says paid and after three day the payment get rejected!!
now I have tried to log in to my IV application and it says error IV application.

Did they keep your money for the fee or returned it? In my case it was transferred from my account two months ago and they didn't return it yet, even though they said I didn't pay it, weird

Thing is, they never said that its PAID...

Its always "in process" then "pay now"..

Didn't get the chance to submit any document yet?

Should I keep trying to pay over and over again?
