Unable to upload joint sponsor I-864 to CEAC after consulate interview

My husband already had his consular interview. The consular officer said we needed a joint sponsor, then to upload the joint sponsor's I-864 and supporting documentation to the CEAC, and then to mail the original documents and my husband's passport to the embassy.

We have all of the necessary joint sponsor documents. When I went to the CEAC website to upload them, I saw that there is no tab or option for uploading joint sponsor documents. I contacted U.S. Travel Docs, and they said they can't access the CEAC to help us and to maybe just try sending the documents to the embassy.

I know based on others' experiences that the documents are required to be uploaded to the CEAC first, under a joint sponsor tab or drop-down. If I upload the joint sponsor's documents under my profile (petitioner), will they be rejected? Or, who can I contact to enable the joint sponsor tab? It appears the NVC doesn't have anything to do with things after the interview has taken place.
