Green card renewal

Hi! I’m about to apply to renew my green card for the first time and in the last ten years we have moved many times and I can’t find my old paperwork! These are the two questions I’m not sure which answers to put in. I interviewed in Montreal for my K1 visa, moved to Maine, filed in Portland, Maine as my local office and my paperwork was sent to the Vermont Service Center. Which of these places would I put in these two spots?

I’m sorry this is such is stupid question. I’ve checked everywhere and I can’t find it anywhere! Any leads would be very appreciated!

thanks!

~~ Topic moved from AOS K1 forum to General Immigration discussion where I-90 applications are discussed ~~

Since K1 visa is technically non immigrant, my understanding is that you would put the local USCIS field office where you had your interview to receive the conditional GC.
