IV bill question

So apparently the IV bill was generated on July 9th about 11 days ago but still hasn't arrived. Does this make sense? I know the center is in MO and I live in MAss, but how can it take more then 10 days to deliver a package across a dozen states?

I called NVC they stated the address was correct and it was sent out...is this a normal ?

Generated doesn't mean sent, unfortunately. Our IV bill was generated the same day as yours and we're still waiting for the message that it was sent..

Thanks, don't feel as bad I'm just getting restless. It's been almost 8 months since we applied, and I was hoping that if we got all the documents by july's end she'll be here october. Just in a bad mood because of all this waiting for the postal service.

Oh yeah according to the NVC it was sent last week. no wonder no one wants to use the USPS

Generating IV bill on a specific day does not mean it is mailed out on that day. Usually, NVC mails out few days after a form, bill is generated. Give it few more days.

Update: Last night I talked to my husband on the phone and he said he got the IV fee bill yesterday in the mail. That's very strange because the automated system still said it's only been generated.. I keep my fingers crossed for you that you get it soon too.

I'm new here, and want to ask you question if your husband received the IV Bill with the I-864 form?

My IV Bill was generated July 16,2007 according to the automated message of the NVC and expecting

to have it with the I-864 next week.

Same here, it came the same day, but my parents didn't see it until Sat afternoon. Oh well i'll send it out overnight on monday.

Also the I-864 and bill do not come together
