Does anyone know if 'NSO/PSA Cenomar (Advisory on Marriages)' is required when going for an interview in London?

My understanding is you’re from the Philippines? Do you have British citizenship? What visa category is this for?

Always best to provide the CEMAR or CENOMAR when a Filipino is applying for a spouse visa.  It's provided at the NVC stage.  Although it may not be a listed document for London, be prepared with it anyway. 

Not saying you are trying this, but it won't work to ignore a previous marriage in the Philippines because you aren't interviewing in Manila.  The document is easy to get, so get it.

PSA CENOMAR/CEMAR is a requirement only for visa applicants who are Filipino or former Filipino.
