submitted my I-130.

my wife has, or had Dual Nationality.  In Japan her name is Suzuki taiko, but changed to Suzuki gd7 after we married.  In Korea her name is suzuki seoul,

on the I-130 form i put suzuki gd7 and taiko as other names used.  I forgot to put her Korean family name "seoul" in other names used.

Her mother is Korean, and Her father is Japanese.

Non of the paperwork submitted so far has her Korean name family name.

my wife has spent time and gone to school in Korea.

My wife has valid passports for Japan and Korea.

How big of a mistake is this?

Is there a way to fix it?

would It cause problems if I say she only has Japanese Nationality on the ds-0230 form?

Not a huge mistake.  Do it correctly on her DS260 at NVC stage.
