Address change

Hi all,

It's been a while. My husband FINALLY received his green card in the mail (he arrived in June!) and we are finally starting to feel a bit settled.

We recently moved to a new City/State & wondering how we go about changing our address with USCIS/NVC ?

1) is it necessary to change it or can we wait until we apply to remove green card conditions - our previous address was at my parents so I'm not concerned about not getting mail more so just concerned about due diligence

2) if we do have to change it - where do we do this, my husband said he updated his USCIS account address but I was under the impression there was a form or something that we needed to complete.

Cheers

He (immigrant) must complete a change of address form within 10 days of moving. It’s called AR11 and it can be done online.

You (USC) as a sponsor under I-864 must file form I-865 by mail (not available online) to inform USCIS of your address change.
