Just got the update of ROC approval. This comes as no surprise since I had my naturalization interview on Tuesday and the IO requested my file to approve it before I can take my oath. It wasn't a combo interview. Just N400 and the IO said if the ROC looks as good as the N400 she'll approve it.

Hello @Letspaintcookies, Did you take the USC petitioner to the N400 interview?

I started this thread 2 years ago.

2 years later, still nothing from USCIS as to the status of my wife's Removal of Conditions.

She's still using the same old Green Card that expired almost 2 years ago.

Wondering if they've forgotten about us.

I-751s take 2-3 years nowadays. There's a reason everybody get 48 months extension letters. There's few options for her:

1) Apply for N-400 if eligible

2) Try reaching out to USCIS through senator

3) Sue USCIS for decision

4) Simply wait

Congrats! Many people get worried about status not being updated. Your case is a prime example of online status not being that important. USCIS handles the case whenever they get to it, with or without status updates leading to that.

If you use USPS Informed Delivery, watch for letter from Lee's Summit Production Facility. It shows tracking before USCIS posts tracking info in their status.
