Has anyone submitted N400 (application for naturalization) while waiting for I-751 (removal of conditions) to be processed?   If I’m reading it correctly you can submit N400 and it will be acknowledged but held for processing until conditions are removed.  Sounds like it they have it, they may process both at same time.   Anyone have experience with this?   Thanks.

Pretty much every thread in this forum has somebody who filed for N-400 while waiting for their I-751 approval. Just check threads for December 2021 filers or earlier.

Here are some possible outcomes when filing N-400 while I-751 is pending:

1. You get I-751 approved without interview, followed by N-400 interview

2. You get combo I-751 and N-400 interview

3. You get I-751 interview one one day, followed by N-400 on some other day

4. You get N-400 interview, but decision cannot be made because I-751 is not yet adjudicated.

And of those, only 4 is likely to either not speed up, or actively slow things down.

Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken

As of December 6, 2022, fingerprints relating to your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number , have been applied to your case.

Does it mean they took my fingerprints from previous forms?

How long after receiving your NOA1 was this status updated?

Yes , but it's  hit and miss it worked for me and a few others, but some folks had to send two or more inquiries before they got any action. It can not hurt though and it does not cost anything.  Do it and one in!

How do you do the service request? Can they be contacted over the phone? I need to travel internationally and want to know about my biometrics appointment.

Hello. How did you make SR for biometrics notice? Did you try calling them directly? Did you get any information about biometrics appointment? I got my NOA1 yesterday and need to know how do they take to send it biometrics appointment notice?

Not sure if things have changed but a year ago it was taking 6 months to show that biometrics were being reused.
