Finally filed the N-400 today online. Hopefully I'll see some movement on my 751 which is at Potomac. N-400 estimated time to completion went down to 6 months. Tampa FO.

Filed N400 on the November 1 and received NOA in the mail yesterday. I also got a letter saying that they'll reuse my biometrics.

All the supporting documents I sent for the I751 (bank statements, joint tax returns, joint bills, etc.) plus all the supporting documents we've accumulated since then, such as the 2022 tax return, the most recent joint bills, bank statements, etc. I also sent them a certified copy of the marriage license, spouse proof of citizenship,  copy of the green card, copies of passport pages showing dates traveled outside the US, photographs of family gatherings, vacations together, boarding passes and hotel reservations for vacations, etc.

Wish I could file the N400, too. Germany was supposed to have the law about dual citizenship changed by now, but now they're looking at early summer next year. Nothing to do but wait 🤷‍♀️

It looks like my biometrics are being reused again for naturalization and I am showing at 7 months estimated processing time.  It feels good to be back at that stage of nothing to do but wait & keep everything tightly crossed that all goes smoothly from here. 🤞🏽

I am excited to see the first person get an interview or approval scheduled in our month. It’s coming!! 😊

Germany is working on changing the law to finally allow more than one citizenship. If they get it done as they say, I can file for citizenship in November. I really want to, and if it's just to never deal with USCIS ever again 🤣

Hi - fellow German i-751 November 2022 filer here. :) When are you planning to file? Are you waiting until the law (hopefully!) passes in April 2024, or are you starting the citizenship process now?

Hey there 😀 I'm waiting. Some had citizenship interviews in less than 3 months, and I'm not going to risk that. I'll start gathering my stuff again to have it ready to go the minute we can, tho 😅

Late to the N-400 party, but filed it on December 8. Online estimate is showing 4 months. Good luck everybody we are at the finish line!

My processing time for N-400 dropped down to 5 months. No movement for I-751 but hoping we all get pleasant surprises to celebrate here soon in 2024. 🎉
