I checked processing times for my service center hoping it would have gotten better but nope, still 29 months.

Same for Texas center 29 months... I didn't even get my biometrics taken or re-used.. I will be eligible for citizenship in 3 months so that's what I'll be preparing for

I've seen some filers from July 2022 being approved without interview, hopefully it will be moving for all of us

That gives me hope but I wonder why would they be approved so quickly and no interviews

Anyone getting ready to file N400? I’ll be eligible to file next week so I wanted to see if any of y’all have a strategy to share. Waiting it out for the I-751 or going ahead and filing for citizenship? 🙂

I became eligible last weekend and I plan to file to naturalize in October when I get back from a month long trip to my homeland.  I have a friend who filed N400 in mid June this year and she just got notification for an interview for her ROC in 2 weeks time which really surprised her. (She applied for ROC in late July 2022) So that makes me hopeful things sometimes go quicker than the published processing times. 😊🤞🏽

I'll be eligible to file for N-400 late next month. Plan to do it by self and submit it online early November. Downloaded the form and instructions, have the form almost filled out.

Yes. I'm counting days. Can't wait to get this over with. No strategy, N-400 is just as straightforward as other forms. I'll give it 2 to 3 days after I become eligible then submit the form, around mid-Nov.

My N-400 is being filed today. 🎉 I’m so relieved to be at the final hurdle and there’s nothing to do now but wait and also revise for the civics test. 😊 I’ll update on here if there’s any movement for my ROC. Best of luck everyone. 🤞🏽😓
