I used “Tax Return Transcript” per advise from here.

What document did you atrached under “additional documents”.

I can’t think of anything else to add, but may be missing something else

I’m not sure if I remember correctly, but since I had applied under the 3-year-rule, I put all kinds of evidence for our marriage under additional documents, e.g. bank statements, deed for our house, former lease agreements, etc. to make it clear that we are still married. I probably went way over board, but I figured I’d rather give them too much than too little.

Your evidence for the n400 goes back 3 years from when you filed so your evidence should go back 3 years.

You need to show your spouse has been an US citizen for all three years (USA birth certificate or naturalization certificate)

You need to show you reside together with your US citizen spouse for all three years. W2 for each year with a common address for each of you, joint tax return transcripts for each year for the last 3 years, any mail at the same address for each of you. State issued IDs with the same address over the period (drivers licenses), photos together on holiday  for past 3 years.

How do you keep the attach additional documents organized in N-400 online filing?

I upload the documents according to my arrangement and it as is. 
But everytime I come back and view them the attached documents are jumbled.

Not sure why this is an issue?  Are the documents labeled in the wrong categories?

These are all uploaded under evidence of marriage.

Properly labelled: Tax per Year, Joint account Per Year, Insurance per year etc.

But it turned out like one Tax year is above the Joint account or if not in the mid of bills uploaded.

Has anyone encountered something like this?

Any suggestions?

u can download them in an order but it may not come thru that way
