Hi everyone. Submitted N-400 application for my mom 4 weeks ago, does anyone know the average time this process would take?

You can check your local office processing times at the link below.  But those estimates are widely proved to be unreliable.  If your mom's application was submitted 4 weeks back, you might want to check the October thread since that is likely the month of your submission.

My USCIS Journey...

I had an I-485 filing already submitted through an employment-based application. Post-marriage, I submitted an I-130, which after being approved was interfiled with the existing I-485.

Submitted my application a few minutes ago online! ROC is still pending with no update since August 2021. Those of you who got the biometrics reuse notice - did you have to get biometrics for the ROC? They reused mine for that already, so should I expect to have to go and get them done again this time?

I got my biometrics reused from ROC too.

We filed on 11/6/22. Got notice of interview for 12/16/22 today. Holy #######.

I guess I don’t have to go with my husband? Kinda disappointed, but thrilled all the same!

Your time  line says RoC hasn’t been approved.  If you don’t go with your husband expect RFE or denial.

Oh gosh, thank you. The N400 papers didn't say squat about me having to be there. Well, I guess I'm going after all! ♥ VisaJourney saves the day again!

You will hopefully get a combo interview. Bring the 24 month extension letter because sometimes ISOs are surprised. The left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing.

The guard might not let you in but it is better than 50 percent the ISO will overrule the guard.

why they are so fast now? which field office? and take your husband with you as your ROC will be approved prior to N-400.
