Application process for AOS, EAD and the Travel Doc

Timeline

Is it normal and customary to apply for all three of these documents at the same time? Trying to get this done in the easiest and fastest time possible. Are there other documents that should be done first? TIA.

It is better apply all together because ead, ap  are free if sent together with aos

K1 2017

Aos sent April 2018

Aos interview July 2018

Work permit September2018

Aos approved July 24, 2019.

Roc April 27, 2021

Biometric reused june 28, 2021

N-400 online April 27, 2022 base on 3 years rule, biometric reused.

N-400 interview on December 12, 2022 combo interview i-751. Approved.

January 11, 2023 oath ceremony, Indianapolis. After that done with uscis😂🤭🤫

I took my oath ceremony in Indianapolis, it was a nice ceremony, where people from 35 coutry become american citizen.

01/11/2023 officially done with uscis :)

January 13, 2023 apply for us passport.( regular service).

March 11, 2023 passport in hand

Absolutely!!!   Send I-130, I-130a, I-1485, I-765, and I-131 all together with supporting evidence.

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

It is an absolute must. Many people regret not doing it, thinking they won't need it. Apply for all, EAD and Travel Card are free.

What visa did you use to enter the US?  Just checking, as your VJ profile says K1.
