Partial unemployment while awaiting K1

Hi everyone. We are June 2022 filers, 5 months waiting now. My American fiancée (petitioner) worked 3 jobs this year, but 2 of them were largely seasonal and 1 of them she is only per diem right now. We are trying to get more hours at 2 of her jobs so that she can be making more during the off season, but we are not having good luck. Obtaining a new job is not optimal option for us, because it would be hard to get time off to visit each other. She is thinking of applying for partial unemployment, while she still works at 2 of the jobs on the weekends. Does being on partial unemployment for about 5 months (November-April) affect our K1 visa in ANY way at all? And will it affect future things like AOS, etc.? We believe she has made enough to cover the poverty line already, but if not, her mother is a guaranteed co-sponsor.

Don't you think that would call into question her credibility as your sponsor?

 

Personally, I would look for a higher paying job.  In this era of record low unemployment, why risk it?

We resolved the issue. Will not be using it.
