Travelling back to home county before receiving Green Card

I have got the immigrant visa under f4 category. I have entered the USA but has to go back after 1 month of entering to settle things back home before receiving my Green Card. Is it okay that I come back after 2 months while my immigrant visa which was 6 months duration will be still valid ? On my visa it is written "IV documents in CCD, it serve as temporaryi1551 evidencing permanent residence for 1 year". What is the connotation for this?

That means you already have proof of your LPR status after you entered the US and the CBP officer stamped your passport.  You are fine to go back and then re-enter the US.

Good Luck!

Your visa was voided the day you entered.  With the endorsement, it has become a temporary proof of legal permanent resident status for 1 year from the date of the endorsement.

The 6 months is how  long you have to enter the USA the first time.  It is usually dated form when you had your medical examination.

After you enter the USA, you can used the stamped visa for one year from date of first entry as a temporary I-551.

An I-551 is a document that identifies you as a lawful permanent resident (LPR).  The most common type of I-551 is a green card.

Now then, LPR status is fit living in the USA.  At the bare minimum it means you need to spend more days physically inside the USA, than out side.  Your plan  to spend one month on the USA, followed by 2 months out is already starting off on in the  wrong way.

It is likely when you return after a 2 month absence that this will be overlooked but it is isn’t guaranteed.  If you want a more certainty, after you enter the USA the first time, you should file I-131 to get a re-entry permit. The permit won’t be issued before you leave the USA but filing for one provides clear and convincing evidence you sis not intend to abandon your LPR status.
