This is kind of complicated.

I will be attending my interview in a few weeks in london. But for something that was supposed to be simple I have made it a huge mess now.

last year I was in usa on visit had an argument with my husband and I rang 911 but I was arrested for aggravated domestic violence, pleaded not guilty, case was nolle prosecui which means the district attorney didnt pursue further as they had no evidence and because I agreed to do a 10 sessions counselling, which was not an agreed diversion programme or a plea bargain. But yet on the actual nolle form she made her comment that the case is dismissed following completion of the course. Does this mean that I have admitted to the elements of the crime? and will I need a waiver now. is it still a crime of moral torpitude if I didnt admit to doing it, and even though it has been dismissed.

I have the police reports with me and the court reports but the police reports seem pretty damming as my husband said I must have been the once that scratched him but it was not intended on my part.

Please anyone? what will happen at my interview? I heard that any arrest means they will have to send it off for further administrative processing. Husband serves in us military and will accompany me to the interview we are still together and waiting for our life together in us but this could mess it up.
