AOS error message

Hello,

I have been trying to pay for my AOS fee since about 3months now but it returning an error message

”

There are one or more errors with your submission. Please correct the areas indicated below. Once completed, click the Make Payment button to continue:

• An error occurred while submitting your payment. Please try again later.”

 

Can anyone help me on how to resolve this? I have send several inquiries to NVC but their response isn’t helping,

I have tried to make payment with different browser and at different time though I once paid the AOS fee some years back which expired.

I have attached a screenshot of the message, I will appreciate anyone that can help me to resolve this?

Not sure what is going on. Was there a checkbox or two that maybe needed to be enabled on the screen before the payment could proceed? Were there required fields you left blank? Usually those are tagged with an asterisk or highlighted with a colored border.

Another thing I can think of is sometimes there are systems that will not behave correctly unless you are using a computer/laptop - sometimes systems do not want transactions completed through a mobile phone browser.

Have you tried a different credit card? Error submitting payment sounds like the transaction is not being completed. Are you paying from inside the US ?

If I read that post correctly it is saying you can't pay the AOS fee until the DS-260 is filed.

I tried paying outside US while my sister tried within the USA but we both got thesame error message

DS-260 has been filed

…or will both DS-260 and Civil Docs submitted all have to be reviewed before AOS payment will go through? 🤔
