Do you have a police report for lost green card? I would include copy of that too.

Lost it abroad so no - I suspect it was taken from my backpack but no proof. It was a very expensive type of hell to get a boarding foil and last minute flights to the US. And now USCIS is making it worse.

Jan 22, 2024 - Submitted online 

Jan 22, 2024 - Biometrics waived

Mar 6, 2024 - Interview scheduled for Apr 11 COMBO I-751/N-400

Apr 11, 2024 - Combo interview - approved N-400

May 1, 2024 - Approved ROC, received 10 GC on May 20.

May 7, 2024 - Oath scheduled for June 14 (requested later ceremony at interview)

June 14, 2024 - Special Flag Day Oath ceremony - I'm a citizen!!!

For future searches on this forum - I received communication from state rep mid December asking if I had my issue solved. Wrote back that no, still no appointment from USCIS and I already lost my international trip. Two weeks later I got an appointment from USCIS in less than 2 days. Got my stamp for one year, which I already know not to plan travel around the expiration date as I don't believe I can get a timely stamp.

 

Officer said that if I had already filed for ROC and had my extension letter of two years, I would be given a two year stamp. I wasn't eligible to apply until this week, so moot point for me.
