Have you checked to see if she can get Travel Insurance with her condition?

Hi. My parent case is DQ in April 2022 and still waiting for interview date. My mother is sick and we want that she get here asap. Is there any way we can apply for a visit visa or something that they can get there visa. Thank you

She cannot come on a Visitor visa with the intention to stay and adjust status.   She needs to wait for the immigrant visa interview.

If she has a chronic illness that will need expensive treatments, you’ll want to have a solid plan in place for how to pay for those, because that will be looked at in terms of public charge at the interview.

As per your previous thread, it's likely to take much longer to get a visitor visa appointment anyway. It's dropped since your last thread, but still over a year (375 days) wait for an apopintment.

But if you can get an appointment then they can certainly try get a visa. It will depend on their ties to their home country etc, but no harm in trying.

My parents case is in NVC.  Can i apply for visiter visa for them? Its taking too long on immigration.

They can apply...but how do they overcome immigrant intent assumption with a case at NVC?
