I'm thinking it will be Philly. If they win the people riot, and if they lose they will still riot. I remember driving through Philly with the husband a few months before it flooded like a fishbowl, and it was like entering another world. Really neat stuff surrounded by some places that looked like a riot had already happened... so either way it will not improve.
