Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing good. I have previously filed a form for my mother online and now I am filing for my Father. I don't know how to answer some questions here:

1. Where was the petition filed?

- Since, I have filed online. Can I leave this section blank?

2. What was the result?

- I haven't gotten any response yet.

3. I have previously filed for mu siblings but this section doesn't have "add another" parts to enter my siblings info.

Thank you so much.

This does not sound like a DV case

You will need the NOA you received for your Mom's petition.

Where was the petition filed? You will find the name of the Service Center on the bottom part of the NOA for your Mom.

What was the result - If you go to https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do and enter your Mom's number (starts with IOE - found on her NOA), then it should be Actively Reviewing

If you have filed multiple petitions, I would suggest you create a Word document and list all the information above of EACH sibling you submitted a petition for, and submit that as a supporting document.
