Hello,

I received my NVC case number for fiancé application, NOA2 is August 15,2022. However, my case was sent to Baghdad Iraq. Currently the us embassy and consulate in Iraq is closed, I want to request a location change from Baghdad Iraq to Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. How would I be able to request this change? And is there an emergency number or specific nvc email I can make this request? I still haven’t filed my ds-160 form if that makes any difference.

Send a request to the IV unit at Abu Dhabi.  Try the contact info listed here -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/ABD-Abu-Dhabi.html
