eiey guys....just a quick question...i lost my NOA2 so I am filing this I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition...just want to know where to send this form..

It states here that I should submit this form to the USCIS office that approved the original petition or application. It could be either a USCIS Service Center or local USCIS office..but the problem is..I dunno the exact address. Please help me..

PS. That lost NOA2 of mine is the approval notice for my form I-130.

04/14/14 - I-129F submitted to Dallas lockbox

04/22/14 - emailed recvd for NOA1

05/10/14 - approval notice recvd -NOA2

05/31/14 - letter recvd to informing us to fill-up DS-160.

Also can I make a money order in the US post office for the payment of this form I-824?
