Is that possible even my interview already scudgualed?

Well, first of all, ANY consulate transfer right now takes 2 months. Secondly, US Consulate Abu Dhabi works separately from US Consulate Amman, so it makes no difference to them if you’ve been scheduled an interview already or not. They would schedule you according to their own backlog.

I strongly suggest you fly in to Amman for the interview; otherwise the closest you’ll get one is in February. Assuming all goes well and your passport has the visa, you can go back to Abu Dhabi to finish up your business, quit your job, etc, and travel to the US from there. Your visa will expire 6 months after the medical.

If you transfer your case to a different consulate, you will lose your original interview slot and will have to wait for a new schedule from the consulate you transfer to.  If you're willing to wait a few months to be accepted for case transfer and then another few months or so to be re-scheduled for interview, you may go ahead and request for case transfer to Abu Dhabi.

Thank you very much for help, now I can decide according to these information.

But I want to ask can I send my papers to the embassy from outside the country before one week from the interview without my passport, and then make my fly only 1 day before the interview and bring my passport with me to the interview directly?

If you are going to interview in Jordan, follow the instructions in your interview letter.  You should contact the consulate directly if you need clarification.

That is unrealistic. You need to schedule a medical appointment ASAP because if you don’t, you will get delayed. Call the numbers I mentioned below.

Just to add information, the medical appointment will be about 1.5 weeks before the interview given the current situation with many of these doctors being fully booked. Right after you’re done with it, you need to send all your documents to the consulate through ARAMEX (not more than 2 weeks and no less than 1 week before the interview).
